Start and Stop frame animation with AnimationDrawable

Start and Stop frame animation with AnimationDrawable -

Modify from the last exercise "Create frame animation with AnimationDrawable", add two buttons top start and stop frame animation by calling AnimationDrawable.start() and AnimationDrawable.stop()
