Motorola Droid Razr Review

November 25, 2011 | By Andro ID

Motorola Razr-same game-changing mobile phones and Motorola Droid. Introduced the Razr phone, sleek style at the time the device will never be considered sexy. What makes this special is that it's Droid is a powerful phone Android moving from the fringes to the mainstream geeky cool "you must have" technology. Droid has the same impact on the smartphone industry, but not because of looks.

This device has a prominent brow which houses the speaker and the camera, but the main body of the Droid Razr only 7.1 mm. It's not hard to see why Motorola Razr went by the name Droid considering this phone is thinner and more resilient than most. Large slab of black and gray curves and smoke at the edges and feel very comfortable to hold. Well, if you do not have small hands. With Super AMOLED 4.3 and a rather large-but-still-thin exterior, this device is not tiny.

With Droid Razr, Motorola tries to marry with a game-changing attributes of the two most important brands of the era of modern smartphones. This phone is sleek and sharp once again as the second half of its name would imply, however bold and boundary-pushing as the former. So how successful is the Motorola on combining form and function in the new phone?
Hardware

Most users will not notice the difference between the Razr and other SAMOLED, but people who put weight on the quality of the screen. Many people like to rant and rave about the processor 1.2 GHz dual-core processor (TI OMAP 4) and a larger form factor, the Droid Razr screen is not so beautiful. No, it's not bad either, but the colors look a little darker than you are accustom to seeing on Super AMOLED screen. Except those held in the distance, text-heavy point can be viewed on the application icon or reading; capacitive button at the bottom of the screen is very crazy.

A slender build is what one would expect from a mobile phone called the Razr, but the phone is difficult even by the standards of the Droid. The screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass, which we have seen the remains pure despite repeatedly scratched with a key and dropping higher than six feet.

Buttons are also not suitable for the back of the device that has a special layer of Kevlar, the same company that makes bulletproof vests for police officers. Droid Razr will not stop bullets, but will stop the normal dangers of destroying the lives of great beauty in your pocket.
